Drew Holzwarth

Drew Holzwarth is the current Director at SweetPay. Prior to joining SweetPay, Drew was the President of the Piedmont Region for the Stanley Martin Companies from February 2013 to December 2019. In this role, they developed and led the land development and homebuilding operations for the organization in the Charlottesville VA, Richmond VA, and Raleigh NC Markets.

Drew has over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding and development industry. Drew began their career as a managing partner at Greenwood Homes before becoming the principal at Piedmont Realty Holdings and Piedmont Realty & Construction. In 2007, they joined Stonehaus Development as their VP Chief Operating Officer.

Drew is a multi-dimensional management professional with extensive expertise in business development, process and productivity improvement, financial return, human resources, training, and uncovering creative business opportunities. Under their leadership, the Stanley Martin Companies grew from just 80 sales in 2012 to 523 sales in 2019.

Drew Holzwarth received their MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to that, they studied Criminal Justice and Spanish at Penn State University.
