Gonzalo Solorzano is currently the Client Experience Manager at SweetRush Inc. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager at Stateside Co. from January 2018 to March 2019. Gonzalo's responsibilities included being a key part of the management team and overseeing high-level HR duties such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. Gonzalo also analyzed and improved organizational processes, and worked to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Furthermore, they were responsible for creating career opportunities and internal growth plans, as well as soft skill and overall L&D efficiencies and improvements.

Before working at Stateside Co., Solorzano was the Global Program Manager at Lionbridge from February 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they managed a portfolio of top high-end accounts and was responsible for creating account growth and overall increase in labor benefiting both the account and growth of CR site. Gonzalo also facilitated on-site client meetings to present key performance indicators, quality improvements and determine overall continuous improvement plans. Furthermore, they led cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Additionally, they created and maintained quality plans in collaboration with core functional leads, and interviewed, trained and mentored new project managers on account knowledge, project workflows, tools, project management processes and best practices.

Gonzalo Solorzano holds a Baccalaureate from Lincoln School, an Elementary school degree from Lincoln School, and a High School degree from Saint Lawrence High School. Gonzalo also holds an INCAE Liderazgo, Motivacion y Asertamiento certification, and an ITIL Certification in ITIL.
