Sara Olsen

Sara Olsen is an experienced program manager and consultant with a strong background in cultural transformation and leadership initiatives. At SweetRush Inc. since July 2019, Sara has led multifaceted projects and sales strategies as the Possibilities Program Manager, while also serving as the Leadership and Culture Services Delivery Manager, advising on culture transformation projects. Concurrently, Sara has been a CTT Certified Consultant at Barrett Values Centre since November 2009, utilizing cultural transformation tools to support numerous organizations globally. Previous roles include Intelligence Analyst at Science Applications International Corporation and Instructional Designer at the Center for National Security Training & Research. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
