Jordan Applegate

Jordan Applegate is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting and retention. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources (Recruiting & Retention) at Sweetwater, Jordan has previously held the titles of Sr. Director of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Representative at Indiana Wesleyan University, Technical Recruiter at Anchor Point Technology Resources, Recruiter at Aerotek Commercial Staffing, and Program Supervisor at Unity Performing Arts Foundation. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organizational Communication from Ball State University's Miller College of Business, completed in 2010, and graduated from Snider High School in 2005.
