Lee Holifield

Lee Holifield serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at SWIFT, following a career pause focused on health and well-being. Previously, Lee held various positions at Visa, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as Senior Recruiter. At HSBC, Lee advanced to Vice President, Segment Lead, Talent Acquisition, and also served as Talent Acquisition Segment Lead and Senior Recruiter. Lee Holifield earned a BA in Russian Studies from Washington and Lee University (1989-1993) and furthered education at Jacksonville University (1999-2003).
