Pratik Agarwal

Pratik Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Swiggy since September 2021, Pratik has also held the position of Senior Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Pratik worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant from June 2019 to August 2021 and completed a brief stint as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in April 2018. Pratik's earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst in Business Consulting at HSBC from March 2015 to June 2017, where significant achievements included the development of the UK Personal Loans Acquisition Model and operational efficiency improvements. Additional roles included Analyst at Axtria - Ingenious Insights and a Summer Intern at Tata Research Development and Design Centre. Pratik holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BTech in Materials Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
