Hema Luqman

Hema Luqman is an accomplished business executive with over two decades of experience in the construction and project management industries. Hema currently serves as an independent non-executive director on the board of Swim Wales.

Prior to their current role, Ms. Luqman held various positions at European Commission, LinkAble, and SWIM WALES. In their most recent role before joining Swim Wales, they served as the director of Clark Construction Group's business expansion in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In this role, they were responsible for leading the board and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in these countries, including strategy, business development, contract management, and risk planning.

Ms. Luqman is a highly skilled and experienced professional who has demonstrated their ability to successfully navigate complex business environments. Hema is a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results, and is dedicated to their work in improving organizational performance.

Hema Luqman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, a BA Hons in Business Studies from Kingston University, and an International Baccalaureate from Ecole Internationale de Geneve. Hema is also certified by LinkedIn in Scrum: Advanced, Strategic Thinking, Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration, and Thinking Like a Leader (2013). In addition, they are certified by the Association for Project Management as a Chartered Project Professional.
