Sian Prigg

Sian Prigg is an experienced human resources and training professional, currently serving as an independent non-executive director for Swim Wales. Prigg began their career in 2007 as a learning and development manager for Insight before moving on to MyJobGroup.co.uk in 2012 as head of HR and training. From there, they joined t2 Group in 2013, first as a management trainer and then as head of human resources and talent. In 2017, they left t2 Group to pursue their current role with Swim Wales.

Sian Prigg has a type 7 level in human resources development from CIPD Qualifications. Sian also has a certificate in training practice from Cullen Scholefield. Sian Prigg also has a BA Hons in Law from Brunel University London. Sian is certified in emotional intelligence practitioner from Genos International and in CIPD Level 7 HRD from the CIPD. Sian is also a certified NLP practitioner from NLP.
