The Leadership Team at Swindon Academy is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the academy, ensuring high educational standards are met across both Pinehurst and Penhill sites. They collaborate on resource management, oversee school operations, and engage with the community and stakeholders to foster a supportive learning environment for all students aged 2 to 18.
