Jeff Stahl

Jeff Stahl is a California Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with extensive experience in design management and architectural leadership. Currently serving as Design Manager for the Bay Area Building Division of Swinerton since 2020, Jeff fosters collaborative relationships with design partners and integrates architectural insights into construction practices. In addition, Jeff is the Principal of Red3 Group, a consulting firm established in 2012 that offers a broad range of capital program and development support services. Previous roles include Design Manager at ASL Project Management, overseeing major airport renovations, and Design Principal at Kwan Henmi Architecture, where responsibilities included business development and project team management. Jeff's career also includes significant positions at Gerson Overstreet Architects and NBBJ, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
