Rick Fowler

Rick Fowler is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as a Superintendent at Swinerton since March 2019. Prior roles at Swinerton include Assistant Superintendent, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Engineer and Project Engineer Intern at Mortenson from September 2017 to February 2019, and completing internships as a Project Engineer at Bryan Construction Inc. in 2017. Rick's early career includes significant roles in firefighting and forestry, including Forestry Technician with the U.S. Forest Service and Lead Firefighter for the State of Utah. Rick Fowler holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University Pueblo (2016-2018) and attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2003 to 2006.
