Pauline van Wingerden

Pauline van Wingerden has extensive experience in human resources, currently working as an HR Adviseur at Swinhove Groep since February 2018, providing advice to management and executive teams. Prior to this role, Pauline served as an HR Officer at Tata Steel from 2015 to 2017, where administrative tasks and quality research were key responsibilities. Pauline also conducted research for a master's thesis at the Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties from 2013 to 2014, focusing on victimization of government employees and psychological well-being under the guidance of a project group and a doctor. Earlier research at Erasmus University Rotterdam involved a diary study on the impact of daily smartphone use on work-life conflict and family role performance. Pauline holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Arbeids- & Organisatiepsychologie and a Master of Science in Criminologie en Organisaties from Erasmus University Rotterdam, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Arbeids- & Organisatiepsychologie. Education was completed at Develsteincollege, culminating in VWO.
