Emeninta Alamanda

Emeninta Alamanda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Human Resources at SwipeRx since February 2022, Emeninta previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at ReCharge Indonesia, where responsibilities included managing HRGA, industrial relations, and talent management. Emeninta's experience also encompasses a role as Manager of People & Organization Business Partnering at DKSH, focusing on P&O initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement. Earlier career milestones include positions as Talent Recruitment Coordinator at GE and HR Graduate at BHP Billiton, complemented by a project management role at World Vision. Emeninta holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
