Laure Frank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital business and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Digital Business at Raiffeisen Switzerland. With a demonstrated history of leadership, Laure oversees a team of 80 FTE, focusing on E-Banking, Customer Experience, and Digital Sales. In addition to this role, Laure collaborates as a member of the Digitalization Expert Committee for the Swiss Bankers Association and has held advisory positions at Jelmoli, BOARDMINDS, and Wandr, among others.
