Erisa Maail

Erisa Maail currently serves as the Regional Food & Beverage Secretary at Swiss-Belhotel International since November 2023. Previously, Erisa held various roles at Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar from November 2017 to November 2023, including Executive Secretary and Loyalty Coordinator. Prior experience includes HR Training Coordinator, Front Office Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent positions, starting from August 2009. Additionally, Erisa worked as a Supervisor and Receptionist at CV Pura Indah Caterindo from August 2000 to August 2009. Erisa holds a High School Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Jayawisata Tourism High School, obtained from 1997 to 2000.
