Dani Tobler

Dani Tobler possesses extensive experience in the reinsurance sector, currently serving as Head of Cyber Reinsurance at Swiss Re, overseeing the underwriting of a global cyber book of business, analytics, accumulation control, and client management since June 2005. Previously, Dani held multiple leadership roles within Swiss Re's Specialty Centre and Engineering Underwriting divisions, delivering expertise across sectors including agriculture, aviation, and engineering. Prior to Swiss Re, Dani worked as a Consultant at IC Infraconsult, focusing on traffic, construction, economics, and sustainability. Dani's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Master's Degree in Economics and Management from Université de Fribourg, along with project work at UCL on flood defense and a master's thesis at Universität für Bodenkultur Wien.
