Rafael Schneider

Rafael Schneider is an experienced insurance and risk management professional with a significant tenure at Swiss Re since 2015, holding various leadership roles including Market Head Germany, Director of Global Head MGA Management & Client Review, and Deputy Regional Manager Southern Africa. Prior to this, Rafael gained experience in business development at Swiss Re in 2014 and served as a research associate at Ulm University from 2012 to 2014. Additional experience includes working in the actuarial team at SV SparkassenVersicherung and a risk management internship at Airbus in 2013. Rafael Schneider holds a Master of Science in Physics and Economics from Ulm University and is a certified actuary through the German Association of Actuaries.
