Carlos Medina has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and hospitality industries, primarily with Swisscom, where roles have included Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, and various technical leadership positions. Prior to Swisscom, positions included CRM Business Engineer and Developer at Swisscom Hospitality Services and Customer Care Agent L2 at the same company.
