Ushasree Challa is a data analyst at Switch Mobility, specializing in the electric vehicle industry since October 2021, where responsibilities include analyzing data to provide insights for decision-making, design optimizations, and failure analysis to enhance vehicle performance and safety. Earlier roles include program manager for electric light commercial vehicle projects and coordinating DVVP certification for electric buses at Ashok Leyland, along with experience as a graduate engineer trainee in the commercial vehicle manufacturing sector.
