José Pais

José Pais is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Sword Health since May 2022, José previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Jumia Porto Tech Center, where responsibility included leading a multicultural engineering team focused on e-commerce platform enhancements. Prior roles include web development positions at Jumia Food, SIA | Soc. Inovação Ambiental, and Porto Tech Center, with a strong foundation in full-stack development and REST API implementation. José's educational background includes a Master's and Licentiate degree in Informatics from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, along with a Technical Informatics certification.
