Danny Salas-Porras

Danny Salas-Porras possesses extensive experience in event planning and coordination, serving as Lead Planner and previously Senior Planner at SXSW since October 2011. Previously, Danny held the position of Program Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin from August 2008 to July 2011. An alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, Danny earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a focus on Radio, Television, and Film between 1992 and 1995, and attended Cathedral High School from 1979 to 1982.
