Marcos Medeiros

Marcos Medeiros serves as an Innovation and Ecosystem Manager at Ambev since March 2020, overseeing the community of supplier startups and alumni of Ambev's innovation programs in Latin America. Additionally, Marcos is a Community Manager focused on fostering connections between startup communities and Ambev. Marcos also holds the position of Advisory Board Member of Startups for SXSW, promoting access for Brazilian startups to the event in Austin. As a Facilitator for Startup Weekend since November 2015, Marcos has directly impacted over 1,000 individuals across various regions in Brazil. Prior roles include Community Manager at Associação Brasileira de Startups, Consultant for the World Bank during the Hack4Moz initiative, Curator for Campus Party Brasil, and Head of Operations at Terra Verde Design Studio, among others. Marcos holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and has proficiency in French and English.
