Diana Kuitkowski

Diana Kuitkowski is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Legal Director at Sydney Metro since November 2022. Previously, Diana held the position of Special Counsel at Clyde & Co from October 2019 to November 2022 and worked as a Senior Associate in the International Trade and Arbitration Group at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2013 to May 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Lawyer at Allens from February 2010 to August 2013 and as a Summer Clerk at Allens Arthur Robinson in 2008. Diana's early career involved research assistant roles and teaching English. Academically, Diana holds an LLM in International Dispute Settlement from the University of Geneva, a combined LLB (Hons) and BA in International Studies (French) from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Diplôme d’Etudes Françaises from Université de Caen Normandie.
