Hakan Han

Hakan Han is an experienced professional in commercial management and contract administration, currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director Commercial for Sydney Metro since August 2022, focusing on the City and Southwest project. Previously held positions include Commercial Director and Associate Director for Sydney Metro West, where responsibilities encompassed the procurement and delivery of integrated station developments. Hakan's experience also includes serving as Commercial Manager for the M6 Stage 1 Motorway Project with Transport for NSW, as well as roles at RPS and Advisian providing contract and commercial management services. Prior tenure at Tekfen Construction showcased leadership in contracts and project controls on the TANAP Project, where Hakan advanced to Deputy Project Director. Hakan holds advanced degrees in Project Management and Construction Law from the University of Sydney and Robert Gordon University, along with a BSc in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
