Silvana Taleb

Silvana Taleb serves as Associate Director of Customer & Operations at Sydney Metro since January 2020, leading the Northwest Operations team to enhance customer-focused services while integrating future transport lines. Prior to this role, Silvana was a Project (Principal) Manager at Transport for NSW, contributing to Australia's largest infrastructure project and the modernization of Sydney's rail system. Silvana's experience also includes positions as Commercial Manager at Allied Services Management and Business Manager for Development & Construction at Sydney Airport, where involvement in substantial construction and operational projects took place. Additional early career experience includes management accounting at allnex and accounts executive responsibilities at Aon Risk Services. Silvana holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting).
