Paula Len possesses extensive experience in workforce planning and resource management, currently serving as the Demand and Capacity Manager at Sydney Water since July 2023. Prior roles include Workforce Planning Lead at Transgrid, where Paula established Strategic Workforce Planning, and Workforce Planner at SAS, focusing on workforce consulting across Australia and New Zealand. As Resource Management Director - APAC at Unisys, Paula developed advanced resource management strategies while collaborating with stakeholders on organizational alignment. Previous experience with the Federal Government involved leading a workforce transformation program and managing business operations and HR functions. Paula is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) at Charles Sturt University and holds multiple relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Certificate in Workforce Transformation from RMIT University and a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from the Australian HR Institute.
