Price Offering Specialist

We are seeking a Price Offering Specialist at Sylndr who will be responsible for contacting clients to offer prices for their cars. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication and negotiation skills.You will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team that takes pride and ownership of our work and encourages positive disruption!

What You'll Do!

• Conduct outbound calls to clients to offer prices for cars based on their specifications and condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns related to the offered price.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during client interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Notify clients in a timely manner if their car is rejected and provide detailed reasons for the rejection.

Who You Are!

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
