Lee Charleton

Lee Charleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle consultancy and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Oracle Consultant at Symatrix since September 2014, Lee specializes in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and leads implementations of Talent Acquisition Cloud and Oracle Recruiting. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Lee significantly reduced agency spend and increased employee training. Additional roles include Football Referee for the Football Association, Oracle Recruitment Consultant at InterQuest Group, Regional Sales Consultant at Just Energy, and Front Line Operative at Teesside University Student Union.
