David Zhou

David Zhou is co-founder and co-CEO of Symbio’s parent company, VXI Global Solutions, one of the world’s leading customer-care and CX companies with 34,000 employees in 42 global locations.

David oversees VXI’s day-to-day global operations, strategic planning, investments in new technologies, and key client relationships.

He holds a Master of Science degree in nuclear physics from the Institute of Plasma Physics in China and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is based in Los Angeles.
