Xiaowei Qiu

Xiaowei (Vicky) Qiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, sales engineering, and business management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Symbio since January 2022, Xiaowei specializes in domestic and international call termination across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Xiaowei worked at China Telecom Americas as a Sales Engineer and Product Manager of Voice and Messaging, focusing on VOIP and UC solutions for multinational customers. Experience also includes serving as EMEA Business Manager at China Telecom Europe, where expertise in global data and voice solutions was developed. Earlier positions include Project Assistant Manager at GlobaLexicon and Business Manager at China Mobile, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills. Xiaowei holds a Master's degree in Engineering with Business Management from King's College London and a B.Eng in Measuring & Control Technology and Instrumentations from Harbin Engineering University.
