Barbara Lukacs

Barbara Lukacs is a Human Resources Specialist at Symbiotics since March 2021, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR advisory, managing the full employee lifecycle across ten locations, and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Previously, Barbara served as an HR Business Partner, supporting HR functions and conducting meetings with senior leadership, and as a Recruitment & HR Specialist, offering administrative support and collaborating with managers on staffing needs. Prior experience includes working as an HR Recruitment Consultant at HAPN from January 2015 to September 2019. Barbara holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from King’s College London, expected in June 2025, a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Birkbeck, University of London, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Károli Gáspár University, earned in 2013.
