Scott Hacking

Scott Hacking, CISSP, has extensive experience in security architecture and application security, currently serving as a Security Architect at Symcor since January 2006. Key responsibilities include the implementation and maintenance of application security programs, secure code development, and conducting vulnerability assessments through static and dynamic analysis. Scott's expertise also encompasses penetration testing and enterprise authentication, utilizing WSO2 for SSO and API security. Previous roles at Symcor include Performance Specialist and Application Developer Team Lead, with a foundational background in Java development and web applications. Earlier experience at GlaxoSmithKline involved diverse IT projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
