Soraya Alexander is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational leadership and marketing. Currently serving as a Board Member at Symetra and Chief Operating Officer of GoFundMe and President of Classy, Soraya has a record of driving revenue and customer growth through comprehensive oversight of marketing, operations, and customer success initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Classy, where significant achievements included enhancing customer bookings and developing corporate strategies. Soraya has also held senior marketing positions at DICK'S Sporting Goods, Time Inc., and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Soraya earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
