Christopher Hallborg, CFA, CPA, serves as the Controller at symplr since December 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the general ledger team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, preparing financial reports for lenders and investors, and facilitating accounting integration for acquisitions totaling approximately $270 million in annual revenues. Previously, Christopher held roles such as Corporate Accounting Manager at Jacobs and Financial Controller - Americas at Menzies Aviation, demonstrating expertise in cost accounting, SEC reporting, and financial compliance across multiple countries. With a background in audit from Squar Milner and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Christopher has developed extensive knowledge in revenue recognition, consolidation, and internal controls, supported by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Saskatchewan.
