Tamara Erickson

Tamara Erickson is a QuickBase developer with extensive experience in application development, operations oversight, and team management. Currently working at Sympo, Inc. since May 2023, Tamara previously held a position at Novavax as a Low Code Application Platform Developer, where software solutions were developed to streamline processes. Tamara spent over 17 years at Exam Master in multiple leadership roles, including VP of Operations, where responsibilities included QuickBase database design, internal business operations, and strategic advising. Additional experience includes roles in recruitment and customer service, as well as academic support at the University of Delaware. Tamara holds a BA in Social Psychology from the University of Delaware and pursued further education at Delaware Technical & Community College.
