Manuel Bobillier

Manuel Bobillier serves as the Regional Director of Industrialisation & Process Innovation at Symrise, a position held since 2009, where responsibilities include leading the AP region's IPI department to support the Flavor and Scent and Care divisions, overseeing a team of 18 across APAC, and enhancing talent development. Previously, as Director, advancements in the Supply Chain EBITDA program were achieved through continuous improvement processes, with a strong focus on sustainability and safety initiatives. Prior to Symrise, Manuel Bobillier worked at Firmenich as Senior Manager of Process Optimisation, where industrialization activities were initiated in Shanghai and expertise in spray drying technology was utilized. Earlier career roles included Food Technologist positions at Mondelēz International and Chocolats Camille Bloch SA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Engineering from HES-SO Valais and a Professional degree in Food Technology and Processing from Food Technology Switzerland.
