Mathieu Bergamini is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a robust background in process improvement, project management, and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Interim Site Director at Symrise AG, Mathieu oversees operations at a 30-person factory with significant revenue responsibility. Prior roles include Process Improvement and Engineering Manager for North America at DIANA, where Mathieu led CAPEX planning and productivity enhancement projects across multiple factories. With a track record of successful project execution, including leadership positions at MECATHERM and Emerson Industrial Automation, Mathieu has developed expertise in managing complex industrial projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region and has driven substantial improvements in production processes. Mathieu holds a Master of Engineering from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM and a Maitrise in Industrial Engineering from Université de Montréal.
