Levy has had an impressive career, including a role at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration from August 2018 to March 2022, where they were a NASA Advisory Council (NAC) Member. In this role, they were a member at large, appointed by the NASA Administrator. The NAC is the senior external advisory body to the NASA administrator on program and policy matters related to the US space program.
From September 2013 to May 2015, Levy was the Vice Director for Logistics(J4), The Joint Staff at the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. From June 2015 to August 2018, they served as the Commander of Air Force Sustainment Center, where they were responsible for worldwide logistics, sustainment, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of Air Force, other US military, and 63 foreign military sales customers’ aircraft, space, and cyber systems. In this role, they led a global enterprise of a 43,000 primarily civilian workforce located in 73 locations across the globe with over $16B in earnings.
