Josh Holmes is currently a sales account executive at SyncFab. Prior to this, they were an account manager at Lyris from April 2015 to September 2015. In their previous role, they managed a book of business consisting of 24 accounts that spanned SMB and Enterprise clients leveraging Lyris' SaaS based digital marketing platform with an annual quota of $1.4M.
During their time at Lyris, Josh was responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to influencers, stakeholders and decision makers to understand our clients business objectives to drive product penetration and revenue expansion. Josh also negotiated complex agreements, drove product up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue, ensured renewals, and drove new business. Furthermore, they handled a diverse product mix including multiple versions of cloud-based SaaS, on premise, and grandfathered solutions from prior acquisitions. In addition, they worked to understand the complex needs of agencies to enable sell-through and success with their white-labeled marketing solutions. Lastly, they consulted with clients to provide value and ROI using our SaaS based digital marketing platform.
During their time at Lyris, Josh partnered with Executive leadership, sales engineers and support to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews utilizing data analytics to demonstrate value, recommend best practices and strategies to our customers, and maximize customer ROI with our SaaS based digital marketing platform. Josh also leveraged their extended team to build successful strategies to create measurable growth in a predominantly at-risk BOB. Lastly, they collaborated with support, professional services, and product teams to advocate for clients to ensure maximum adoption and success with the platform.
