Shalini Chandrakanth currently serves as the Lead of Solutions Consulting at Synctera, where the focus is on unlocking human potential through financial innovation and enabling companies to develop innovative banking products. Previously, Shalini held the position of Sr. Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems, specializing in financial services and leading the Global Women@Pega initiative for social impact. Shalini's experience also includes working as an Investment Banking Functional Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as part of the Financial Leadership Development Program. Shalini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics & Management with a focus on Supply Chain Operations from Bentley University and has academic connections with The University of Hong Kong.
