Doug Appleton

Doug Appleton is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at FLEX by Fenwick since January 2023, Doug also holds the position of Corporate Legal Counsel at NeuroSync, where innovative eye-tracking technology is at the forefront of concussion detection and brain health analysis. Doug previously acted as General Counsel for HALO Diagnostics, influencing advancements in medical imaging using AI, and co-founded SNYPR, Inc., which integrated technology and athletics. Additional roles include SVP Business Development and General Counsel at SyncThink, and leadership positions at Easton-Bell Sports, Shutterfly, Marketwatch, Handspring, and SecuGen. Doug's educational background includes a BA from Brown University and a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
