Chitra Kuppuswamy

Chitra Kuppuswamy is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and client engagement, currently serving as Associate Director - Client Engagement at Synechron since March 2021, after previously holding the title of Sr. Manager - Client Engagement. With a robust background at Infosys from June 2015 to March 2021 as Lead - Talent Acquisition, Chitra managed end-to-end hiring processes and collaborated with global teams. Prior experience includes a leadership role in talent acquisition and management at Kaizen Technologies Inc., where key accounts were developed to support technology staffing needs. Early career roles at HCL Comnet Systems and Wipro Infotech involved winning significant networking projects, while foundational experience was built as a Sales Manager at Apcom Computers. Chitra holds an MBA in Marketing, Public Speaking, and Finance from Mount Carmel Institute of Management and a BS in Computer Science from NMKRV College for Women.
