Manuel Real Carrillo

Manuel Real Carrillo, also known as Marc, has extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Responsable Delegación Málaga at SYNERGIE ESPAÑA since March 2022, Marc previously worked as a selection consultant and community manager for La Supertropa from June 2017 to June 2022. Additional roles include serving as a human resources intern at FASTER, a supermarket manager at Supermercados El Jamón, and a national recruitment technician for Grupo Vid. Marc has contributed to employment workshops as a volunteer and held various positions in education and psychological practice, including practical training and voluntary roles at ASPAPRONIAS. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management and various certifications in psychology and human resources management.
