Lucille Halloran

Lucille Halloran is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair, Non Executive Director, and Strategic Advisor at Synergy Group since October 2020, Halloran previously held significant positions at Calvary Health Care as a Non Executive Director since November 2016 and at EY from November 2010 to June 2020 as Strategic Advisor for Asia-Pacific, where collaboration with teams in Japan, China, and ASEAN was pivotal in advancing government and public sector initiatives. Halloran's leadership roles at EY included Lead Partner for Asia-Pacific Government and Public Sector Markets and Global Solutions Partner for the Citizen Intelligence Platform, showcasing expertise in utilizing data analytics for impactful solutions. Earlier career experience included serving as Office Managing Partner in Canberra at Deloitte from July 2002 to November 2010. Halloran holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, along with education from ESCP Business School.
