Steven Settelmayer

Steven Settelmayer is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in the construction equipment and telematics industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations at Synergy Equipment since August 2019, Steven plays a key role in supporting professionals with their equipment needs. Prior to this, Steven held the position of Board Member and Sales and Marketing Advisor at FieldLogix from 2017 to December 2022, where contributions focused on developing a sales and marketing strategy to drive growth for a SaaS fleet telematics product. Steven also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Neff Rental from 2002 to 2017, overseeing sales staffing and support for a $400M construction equipment provider, and previously as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Teletrac Navman, directing efforts for a $30M provider of wireless vehicle location services. Steven holds a BS in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University and continued education at the University of San Francisco.
