Matthew Liu - Hiring

Matthew Liu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in global partnerships, treasury management, and blockchain technologies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at SynFutures since June 2021, Matthew is instrumental in establishing a web3 financial infrastructure for derivatives. Prior to this, Matthew held significant roles at Ant Group, including Head of Global Partnerships for Trusple, where responsibilities included commercializing blockchain in global trade finance, and Head of International for Group Treasury, supporting global expansion initiatives. Matthew's career also includes positions at General Motors, managing corporate finance and treasury operations across APAC, and Deutsche Bank, focusing on fixed income trading and risk management. Matthew holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Banking and Finance from Peking University.
