Tanaji Chaudhari

Tanaji Chaudhari is an accomplished Principal Scientist and Head of MSAT Downstream Process at Syngene International Limited, with over six years of leadership experience overseeing a team of scientists in the scale-up, technology transfer, and troubleshooting of biologics manufacturing operations. Previously, Tanaji served as a Senior Research Scientist and Group Lead, providing comprehensive support for Amgen's 'First In Human' programs, and held roles in biologics process development and clinical manufacturing at Cipla BioTech Pvt Ltd, where a focus on purification and GMP processes was evident. Tanaji began a career at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. as a Research Project Associate, specializing in polysialic acid production. Educational qualifications include an M.Tech in Bioprocess Technology from the University Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, and a B.Pharmacy from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
