Deepali Rajani

Deepali Rajani is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of HR for India and the Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region at Syngenta, Deepali has previously held key roles at Wipro Limited as an HR Business Partner in various units and as a Talent Acquisition professional for Global Infrastructure Services. Additionally, Deepali worked in talent acquisition for North America recruitment at Capgemini India. Deepali Rajani's educational background includes an Executive Development Program in Strategic Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed in 2008.
