Nishchint Bhatia

Nishchint Bhatia is a seasoned professional in agricultural operations, currently serving as the Syngenta Asia Pacific Region Head - Vegetable Seeds since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nishchint spent nearly 16 years at PepsiCo, where positions included Vice President and Head of Agricultural Operations for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and earlier roles as Senior Director and Director of Agricultural Operations in India. Nishchint's career began at Monsanto India Limited, with over 11 years in various roles encompassing sales, marketing, and project management. Nishchint holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University.
