David Wagner

David Wagner is a Consultant and Project Manager in Change Management at SYNK GROUP since July 2020, leading complex change projects and global leadership development programs. Previously, Wagner served as a Junior Consultant and Trainer, where responsibilities included developing customized leadership training and change management plans utilizing agile methodologies. As a Praktikant at Junior Consultant Network (JCNetwork) e. V., Wagner established a new department for training skills in the consulting sector. Wagner's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Administration focused on Change Management and a Master of Science in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology from the University of Groningen, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Abitur from Dietrich-Boenhoeffer-Gymnasium Ahlhorn.
